Return Policy

Please note:
All international orders (outside the EU) are shipped as final export from Hungary and are therefore final sale — we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for these orders.
Return labels are not provided for destinations outside the European Union.

For our EU customers, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

All return requests are processed only on business days. Any return inquiries submitted on weekends or after Friday afternoon will be processed starting from the following Monday.
